Shipping Policy

Shipping Across India

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery pin code and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes with an additional charge of ₹49.
  • Standard delivery time: 4-7 business days, depending on the location.

Return & Replacement Policy

We take pride in offering pure and authentic Kashmiri products, ensuring that every item meets high-quality standards. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

Return & Replacement Window

  • Food Products (Saffron, Honey, Spices, Dry Fruits, etc.) → Must be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Non-Food Products (Crafts, Clothing, Accessories, etc.) → Must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be requested immediately upon receipt to ensure eligibility.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all tags intact.
  • Custom orders and products under the “Clearance Sale” category cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns are not accepted for damaged, used, or tampered products.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened food products.

How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Raise a return request via email at sales@buycrimson.com within the applicable return window.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process, including the required packaging.
  3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund or replacement within 4-5 business days for food products and 12-15 business days for non-food products.

Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping

  • Reverse pickup is available for select serviceable pin codes in India.
  • For non-serviceable locations, customers must arrange the return shipping themselves.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product passes our quality check.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • COD orders will receive refunds via bank transfer (customers must share bank details).
